什么是梅洛？What is Merlot?
梅洛(Merlot)，又称又名梅鹿汁、梅乐、梅鹿特，被誉为红葡萄酒的公主，温柔乖巧，也是最受欢迎的红葡萄品种。
它早熟、新嫩且多产，单宁含量低，果味丰郁，可以用来大量配制美味而柔滑的葡萄酒。也可以广泛用作与其他葡萄品种混合成成熟平衡的红葡萄酒。
许多女性都会首先喜欢上梅洛顺滑清香的口感，如果不喜欢过于浓郁强烈的葡萄酒，只标有梅洛的葡萄酒估计可以令您体会丝绸般的顺滑，并伴有新鲜的李子般的香味。
用梅乐所酿制的红酒呈宝石红色，醇和浓郁，酒体体丰满，是世界酿造红葡萄酒的良种之一。在法国波尔多与其他品种（如赤霞珠等）配合生产出极佳干红葡萄酒。
