什么是红酒?What is Red Wine?



红酒,一般是红葡萄酒的简称。

酿制红酒的时候,葡萄皮和葡萄肉是同时压榨的,红酒中所含的红色色素,就是在压榨葡萄皮的时候释放出的。就因为这样,所有红酒的色泽才是红的。如果酿制白葡萄酒,则只是压榨葡萄肉并进行酿制。

红酒的成分

红酒的成分相当复杂,最多的是水分,占百分之八十以上,其次是酒精,一般在百分之十至百分之十三,剩余的物质超过1000种,比较重要的有300多钟。红酒其他重要的成分如酒酸,果性,矿物质和单宁酸等。虽然这些物质所占的比例不高,却是酒质优劣的决定性因素。质优味美的红酒,是因为它们能呈现一种组织结构的平衡,使人在味觉上有无穷的享受。

Red Wine is a short form for Red Grape Wine.

It's used grape with skin when brewing red wine, the red color for red wine is coloring from the grape. Therefore, red wine is in red color. However, using grape pulp only when making white wine.

Ingredients in Red Wine

It is complicated. Red wine contain water more than 80%, secondly is alcohol, mostly between 10% to 13%. The important ingredients in red wine including alcohol asid,the nature of grape, mineral, tannin etc. All of this ingredients determine the quality of red wine.The best and good taste red wine came from the balancing of the composition structure.
